Role Description

Joint Publishing Cultural Fund Limited (三聯文化基金有限公司) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager / Facilitator to join the working team and assist the team leader to lead the execution and management of the said program in ShenZhen and Hong Kong. The successful candidate should be experienced in the areas of publishing; arts/ cultural event management as well as marketing / publicity. The main role of the job is to oversee and facilitate the entire program, ensuring its smooth operation and delivering productive and effective results and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

To monitor, oversee and follow up all aspects of the “Program” from the conception of the initial idea to the last detail of the event, special focus will be on event management; publishing and marketing communications aspects.

To assist the team leader and play a key role in the event coordination, managing relevant contractors and stakeholders, including all administrative and operative aspects as assigned by the team leader.

Qualifications

Preferably in Marketing, Journalism degree.

Not less than 8-10 years of working experience in cultural event / project execution and management.

Detail minded and result oriented with good common sense and analytical mindset. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Possess knowledge in graphic design software application, and experience in digital marketing is preferable.
