Project Manager - Cloud Solution

Job Duties:

• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, translate them into concrete solutions
• Support Sales Team on the technical perspective including consultation services, evaluation, demonstration & professional service
• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based / on-premise solutions and infrastructure.
• Deploy solutions projects, setup cost plan and allocation of resources
• Manage, monitor & review customers’ cloud services and infrastructure environment;
• Communicate confirmed scope and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project delivery cycle.
• Discuss, deliver and maintain IT cloud projects with a high standard of quality.
• Manage technical issues and mitigate technical risks across project team and customer needs.
• Ensure system security and compliance with industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support for cloud and HPC-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of machine learning models and HPC workloads.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in cloud computing, containerization, and AI/ML.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
• 5+ years of information technology experience, hands-on experience on cloud transformation
• Possess relevant vendor certifications is highly preferrable
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Proficient in Cloud technologies, design and deployment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels
