Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager

SiS International Limited become one of the largest distributor of IT solutions across Asian countries with over 40 years in the distribution business. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives and drive success.

Your Mission:

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering complex IT/ Security projects from conception to completion. You will be the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of the IT/ Security implementation lifecycle. Drive projects from initial concept and business analysis through functional specification, resources planning, deployment, and project handover.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to clients and team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status, risks, and decisions to all levels of stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, including change control, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
• Oversee cost, scope, and quality, ensuring project deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications.
• Review and manage changes to project requirements and design, initiating enhancements to improve application usability.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT project management.
• PMP cert. is preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of cyber security technologies and strong business analysis skills.
• SI Experience is preferred.
• Outstanding coordination, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
