Job Description
Responsibilities:
Independence and Accountability: Capable of independently managing and assuming full responsibility for medium to large-scale projects.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients and the project leader for internal project teams.
Project Deliverables: Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.
Communication: Explain and discuss project plans, functional specifications, page flows, and other project documents with both internal teams and clients to align mutual project expectations.
Project Reviews: Conduct project review meetings at each milestone.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, overcome obstacles, and manage client expectations to ensure smooth and high-quality project delivery.
Project Timeline: Control and ensure project delivery within the assigned man-days.
Change Management: Identify and manage Change Requests or Enhancements raised by clients, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager for further handling.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development Team to strategically enhance the value of current clients, such as identifying potential opportunities and sharing the latest technology trends.
Team Management: Lead a small team of senior project executives and project executives.
Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to team members, assist in completing assigned tasks, and achieve project goals.
Mentorship: Facilitate the personal growth of team members through coaching and mentoring.
Inspiration: Inspire team members to shape and pursue their career goals.
Team Morale: Uphold positive morale within both the team and the project team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT-related project management.
Project Experience: Background in mobile apps or web-based development projects.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in completing medium to large-scale projects.
Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in the relevant domain.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities.
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation capabilities.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading small teams.
Certification: PMP Certification.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
