Project Engineer (E&M)

E&M - Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle master program for all electrical works projects, subcontractor such as liaise with main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors ensure smooth operation of the project.
• Monitor project status and budget on track such as Monitoring the labor, material estimation, procurement, such as records of On Site Workers on Duty & Scope of Work issues for weekly, monthly progress .
• Other tasks assigned by management, perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Division Head.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in E&M fields (On site)
• Strong communication and organization and leadership skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Immediate availability is preferable
