Project Coordinator / Project Manager (IT Project)

• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Troubleshoot with solution specialist
• Project and resources management

Responsibilities:

• Lead the multi-project team to deliver project implementation service to the customer
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver the project deliverable 
• Monitor status for project schedule and communicate with team leader and senior management for reporting the project progress
• Arrange project review meetings with the client to update status and deliver project-related documents such as meeting minutes and weekly status update report
• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones
• Maintain good coordination and relationship with suppliers, customers, and multi-internal project team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry, project management or handling large scale project / Enterprise customer
• Experienced with IT Infrastructure/Network Projects Deployment Knowledge are preferable
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Good communication, organizational, negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Good team player and experienced in managing a small team for execution of the project
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Coordinator
• Holder of PMP / PRINCE / ACP would be an advantage
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
