Project Coordinator (Marketing and Development)

You will be required to:

• Join the team to support the implementation of marketing and promotion strategy for the company’s programmes.
• Support duties including digital marketing, CRM and business development in the industry of performing arts.
• Connect with the industry to maintain and explore marketing and collaboration opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Programme & Marketing Department.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant disciplines.
• Organised, attentive to details, and capable of multitasking;
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and can-do spirit;
• Keen interest in art and culture, especially for performing arts and dance;
• 0-2 years working experience, knowledge in digital marketing and data analysis is a plus. Less experience or fresh graduate would be considered;
• Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office, graphic and video editing software/tools;
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, graphic and video editing is a plus;
• Willing to work at irregular hours, including weekends, if needed;
• Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region aged 18 or above
