About the Job

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst with a strong focus on sales enablement in the field of Information Technology (IT). As a member of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will support senior analysts by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business process, identify sales enablement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies that empower our sales force to effectively sell our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to sales enablement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that align with business objective. This includes identifying customer needs, designing customized solutions, and delivering products
  • Design innovative technical solutions for business challenges and enterprise blueprint, carry out configuration changes as required
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity
  • Arrange and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions, ensuring quality, performance and user satisfaction
  • Assist in the development and implementation of applications, support ad-hoc initiatives as per assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of IT industry experience is required
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills to influence, prioritize or resolve differences with stakeholders on new strategies and technologies to be implemented
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage day-to-day challenges and communicate developmental tasks with the technical team
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and people networking
  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with global teams and vendors
  • Familiar with the collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to travel to the mainland/overseas for work when necessary
  • Experience in luxury retail and familiarity with retail applications will be a plus
