The ITA team of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service works to contribute towards a better and more respectable life by the adoption of gerontechnology in social service and the community.

Programme Executive (Ref No: HKCSS/069/2024)

One-year contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing various types of exhibitions, events, conferences and webinars, including theme, timing, venue, budget, and event flow
• Coordinate with relevant vendors and participating parties to ensure smooth event execution
• Track event processes and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Manage on-site operations during the event to ensure all workflows are efficient and seamless
• Demonstrate the ability to independently solve problems and flexibly respond to unexpected situations
• Maintain office management, support administrative, and logistic duties of the team

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• Familiarity with event planning and execution processes, and adept at coordinating resources
• Relevant work experience in event/exhibition management is preferable
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational management skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, multi-tasking with innovative thinking
• Ability to work independently, as well as excellent teamwork spirit
• Proficient in English with good communication skills

5-day work per week.15-day annual leave.
