About the Role

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact projects?

Our Australian/New Zealand (ANZ) and Southeast Asian (SEA) business is seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to lead critical smart metering projects to deliver impact for our clients and communities.

Based in Hong Kong, you will head a skilled and diverse project team to deliver end-to-end solutions – from software integration to meter delivery and installation.

Your expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination will be key to ensuring project success and operational excellence!

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale IT and solutions integration, within energy or telecommunications sectors.
• Familiar with project governance frameworks, leads delivery of complex technical projects and manages the full project lifecycles for high-profile clients.
• Drives high-level external stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication from an enterprise-informed perspective.
• Collaborates delivery of projects in line with customer contracts, statements of work and delivery methodology, and industry best practices.
• Vigorously oversees all technical delivery phases including procurement, scheduling, integration, scope, cost, risk, quality, and communications management.
• Possess proven and strong people management skills to build trusted relationships with strategic partners, contractors, and government agencies.
• Accountable in compliance, risk mitigation, and delivering timely reporting.
• Ownership of project budgets (CapEx and OpEx), contracts, financials, progress reports and checklists.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Fluent communication skills in Cantonese or Mandarin, and English.
