Product Operations Analyst /Specialist (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities:

• Track data for user operations, product operations, market operations, and project operations, assisting management in delivering solutions;
• Build growth data models to analyze user behavior and business metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention rate, CSAT, NPS);
• Implement data tracking points to optimize growth strategies and support team decisions;
• Develop real-time data dashboards to enhance operational efficiency;
• Participate in AI scenario analysis (e.g., user behavior prediction) to support AI strategy implementation;

• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 3+ years of operational analysis experience, with exchange platform operations experience highly preferred;
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau);
• Skilled at deep data analysis without relying on tools, with strong communication skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Mandarin is required.
