Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and executing localization strategies for products, ensuring that they meet the needs of the Hong Kong market;

2. Conduct market research, analyze local market dynamics, and understand the situation of competitors;

3. Understand local user needs in Hong Kong, collect and interpret customer feedback, and improve and innovate products based on localized needs, guiding product iteration;

4. Responsible for localizing product documentation and sales materials for the Hong Kong market;

5. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to complete pre-sales and delivery tasks together;

Required Skills & Experience:

1. At least 3 years of product experience, with overseas product localization experience, priority given to experience in email systems or related software products;

2. Having good market analysis skills, able to independently conduct market research and competitor analysis;

3. Fluent in English and Cantonese communication skills, able to communicate across cultures without barriers;

4. Having a deep understanding of technology, able to work closely with the technical team to promote product development;

5. A proactive work attitude, unique insights into product localization, and adaptability to the needs of the international market.
