Product & Graphic Designer (Cosmetic Tools)

A expanding company is seeking an experienced Product Designer to create cosmetic tool designs for US market.  Lead the design and development of cosmetic tools.  In this role, you will be responsible for creating design themes according to trend prediction, creating innovative, on-trend cosmetic tool designs that delight customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

•     Conduct market research and analysis in consumer trends.

•     ⁠Participate in product research and brainstorming of new product ideas.

•     Create 2D sketches, 3D drawings for presentation to management of new product concepts.

•     Follow up project's from concepts to production.

•     Graphic design for packaging and promotion materials.

•     Responsible for design, renderings, drawings for sampling/production and creating design proposals.

•     Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.

Requirements

•     At least 3 years' experience in industrial design.

•     Good hand-sketching, 3D rendering and proficient in conceptualizing. Visualizing and delivering creative design solutions .

•     Creative, self-initiative, energetic, responsible and able to complete the task on time.

•     Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems throughout the product development process.

•     Proficiency in Rhinoceros, KeyShot, Photoshop , illustrator, etc.

•     Understanding of production, materials, human factors.

•     Collaborate closely with the Product Development Team during the entire design process, including prototyping and sales samples.

•     Familiar with the trends of cosmetic tools.

•     Good communication skills, well organized & a team player.

•     Fluent ability in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

•     Occasional travel to Shenzhen is required
