Product Expert

Responsibilities:

- Performing vehicle introduction

- Fascinating customers with our products and features and ensuring customers begin their Mercedes-Benz ownership experience with full knowledge of the brand and products

- Taking part in vehicle deliveries

- Delivering the “Best Customer Experience”

Requirements:

- Tertiary education or above, with Chinese and English (Syllabus B) passed in HKCEE or equivalent

- At least 1 years of customer servicing experience

- Passionate about cars and keen on developing a career in the motor industry

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, pleasant and a good team player

- Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office

- Willing to take up shift duty

- Driving license is required

- Paper I and Paper II of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferred
