Product Compliance Manager

The Product Compliance Manager will be a subject matter expert on regulatory, environmental and social responsibility issues, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely reporting.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance of all third-party suppliers with social responsibility, environmental, certifications and regulatory testing and manage related corrective actions
• Ensure product materials meet all regulatory requirements such as EU’s Reach, RoHS, TSCA, etc.
• Serve as a liaison between 3rd party laboratory bodies and operating divisions of the company as well as 3rd party suppliers
• Prepare and submit compliance report and respond to customer requests
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations applicable to the company, and monitors for changes that will impact the company
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• At least 3-5 years working experience in buyer/garment factory or laboratory company
• Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Ability to read and understand government regulations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, accuracy and accountability balanced with sound business judgment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database and compliance software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
