Responsibilities:
- Issue and follow up Purchase Order, fulfilling company's requirement in the most cost-effective way
- Develop and maintain effective communications & good relationship with local & global suppliers & internal
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure pricing, quality and on-time deliveries
- Analyze various data to provide insight to support procurement related management decisions
- Work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies and participate in cross-functional teams for project needs
- Manage and update the subcontractors’ documents
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Duties and tasks report to Director
Requirements:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above with 1-2 years’ working experience preferably in procurement field
- Independent, well-organized and self-motivated
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with good numeric sense
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is preferred
- Good command in both of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:10 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
