- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including: sales, shelf organization, merchandise display, cleaning and sanitation, inventory counting, receiving goods, restocking, and merchandise allocation;
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and understand their needs, provide quality service, and build strong customer relationships;
- Manage inventory and display arrangements;
- Process payments, deliver merchandise, issue invoices or receipts, and complete transaction logs;
- Provide training and guidance to store colleagues;
- Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of retail experience, including 2 years in store management roles;
- Passionate about customer service with strong communication skills;
- Adaptable, capable of multitasking and embracing challenges;
- Responsible, proactive, positive, eager to learn, and a team player;
- Numerically adept with strong data integration and analytical skills;
- Proficient in spoken Chinese and Mandarin; fluency in English preferred.
- 工作職責：

- 妥善地處理客戶的查詢及了解需要, 向客戶提供優質服務,以及建立穩固的顧客關係；

為店舖同事提供培訓及指導；
- 工作要求：
- 至少有5年或以上零售工作經驗, 當中2年需任職為店舖管理層 ；
- 對客戶服務充滿熱誠具良好的溝通技巧；
- 適應力強，能處理多項任務及勇於接受挑戰；
- 具責任感，積極正面及主動，願意學習，善於團隊合作；
- 對數字敏感高, 善於數據整合及分析；
- 良好的中文及國語會話能力，英語流利者優先；
