We are a one stop mechanical solution provider specialized in tailored cosmetic and functional parts manufacturing. With more than 45 years experience in the industry, we have certified with ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 13485 / TL9000 / ITFA16949, with head office in Hong Kong and Plants in China and Vietnam. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber for the following position:
Job duties:
- Coordinate CEO’s schedule and appointment
- Handle personal / confidential information and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with different business divisions in HK Head office & China Plants to make sure assigned projects are on track
- Handle departmental communication, business reports and proposals
- Assist in researching and preparing business presentations
- Administrative work included but not limited to minutes preparation, documentation etc.
Requirements:
- University graduates
- Min. 3 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Self-disciplined and strong initiative to work independently
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good coordination, planning and organizing skills
- Literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese WP
