Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO who is in charge of our wholesale and direct retail operations in Hong Kong and various cities of the PRC
- Reading, monitoring and preparing correspondence
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Organising travel incl. flight booking and preparing itineraries
- Organising and attending meetings
- Writing minutes, reports, executive summaries and newsletters
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned
Prerequisite:
- Degree holder or above with min 4-5 years of proven experience in serving senior management in multinational companies
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Able to work under pressure with limited supervision
- Ability to prepare internal / external correspondences independently
- Flexible, analytical
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft office [Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel] - good typing capability in both Chinese and English
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
