Qualifications & experience 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be punctual, proactive, well-organized, meticulous and independent.
  • Good Command of English & Cantonese (reading, writing and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), English and Chinese Word Processing.
  • General Computer knowledge

Tasks & responsibilities 

  • Provide full support to the Managing Director’s personal and company matters
  • Handle correspondence reports and confidential documents
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments.

Out of office work may be required once or twice per week at another location (Hong Kong Island/Central).
