Job Title: Personal Assistant Location: Hong Kong Island Job Type: Full-time
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to C-level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to extensive business and personal matters.
· Provide comprehensive household support to C-level and family, maintaining a well-structured household
· Manage the household needs and liaise with C-level on household affairs
· Manage calendars including meeting schedules, personal & family affairs
· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visa etc.
· Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and document management for both business and personal
· Recruit, supervise, train and liaise with domestic helper and driver to manage the schedule and pick up arrangements
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
· Provide ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications:
· University graduate or related field (preferred).
· Prior experience in supporting senior executives within their household management a similar role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely, independently and professionally
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Immediate availability is a definite advantage
