Performance Strategist (Advertising & Media Field)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage digital campaigns across all biddable channels (search, social, programmatic display, video, etc.) end-to-end for leading brands in various industry
• Extensive knowledge in performance marketing through Google marketing platforms and Facebook business manager
• Ability to assess campaign progress strategically and optimize accordingly
• Excel at using data to drive constant and educated improvement in campaigns
• Thrive at using spreadsheets and assessing dashboards to determine trends and understand results
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance to ensure improvement over time
• Identify up-weight opportunities for new campaigns
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients and planning team

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year relevant / SEM / Social Media Advertising / RTB bidding experience
• Prior experience in a media agency
• Strong experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce
• Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented
• Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of web analytic metrics (E.g. Google Analytic)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Develops knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Performance Executive
