Job Description

As a Payroll specialist, you are responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. Ensures all employees are paid in accordance with local laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines. You provide excellent service to our employees and organization, where People Services expertise is required.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains master data and employee files into payroll system, to ensure the process and act on necessary corrections. Ensure all month end tasks is performed according to deadline, e.g bank file, accounting file

Monitor and analyze the effects our law and agreements have on payroll and adapt changes into the way of working.

Support internal with provides solutions and advice to colleagues with payroll related questions/ matters as well as collaborates with other HR team to ensure HR processes are harmonized and efficient.

General administration e.g Handling reporting, pensions and taxes provide to external parties.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree holder with major in Business

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Payroll field

Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws and employment legislation

Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Be responsible and take ownership as well as able to work with tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS applications and SAP system

Excel in a confidential work environment

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, reporting to the HR Operations & Payroll Manager

This position requires to be based in Hong Kong. 

Location

20/F, Tower 6, China Hong Kong City, No.33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong
