We are seeking a mature and responsible Part-Time Courier and Logistics Officer to join our team.

As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for handling courier orders, managing warehouse shipments, and ensuring smooth inventory operations.
作為我們物流部門的關鍵成員,您將負責處理快遞訂單、管理倉庫發貨,並確保順暢的庫存操作。
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
庫存管理:- Handle receiving, picking, measuring, repackaging (if necessary), and dispatching parcels to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- 負責收件、執貨、量度、再包裝(如需要)及發貨,確保倉庫操作順暢。
Data Verification:
數據核對:- Manage product inventory and verify quantities, maintaining accurate stock records.
- 負責產品庫存管理及核對數量,保持準確的庫存記錄。
Logistics Coordination:
物流協調:- Assist in checking, organizing, coordinate and arranging transportation (e.g., logistics companies, SF Express, DHL) to ensure timely delivery.
- 協助檢查、整理、聯絡及安排運輸(如物流公司、順豐、DHL),確保貨物及時送達。
Enquiry Handling:
處理客戶查詢:- Manage customer enquiries via intercom, phone, email, etc.
- 透過網上系統、電話、電子郵件等處理客戶查詢。

- Mature and responsible individual.
- 成熟且負責任的個人。
- Available daily during specified hours.

- Ability to work long-term.
