The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for potential partners. This is a ground-level opportunity to build your career in sales, develop invaluable communication skills, and make a direct impact on our success. You will be responsible for proactively generating new business leads by engaging with brands directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and approach new potential brand partners through direct, door-to-door sales activities.
Compelling Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospects and clients.
Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, using our CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and market trends from the field to help shape our sales strategy and product offerings.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills, Cantonese is a plus.
- A confident and engaging presenter who can capture an audience's attention (One-on-one).
- Well-dressed and professional in appearance, representing our brand with pride.
- Proactive and fearless – you are willing and eager to approach brands door-to-door.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and resilient with a positive "can-do" attitude.
