Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
-
Provide general office administrative work

Provide secretarial support to the team
-
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Are you ready for the opportunity?
-
DSE / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
-
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience would be an advantage, fresh grads or less experience are also welcome
-
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
-
Being a good team player and able to work independently
-
Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
-
Immediately available is highly preferred
