Part-time Ocean Export Clerk (near MTR Subway - 5 mins)

Position: Part-time Ocean Export Clerk

Location: Kowloon Bay (near MTR Subway - 5 mins)

Company Nature: Forwarder

Benefit : 3-4 days (Mon - Fri) 9 am to 1 pm (Around 65 hours/per month)

Salary: $80.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Ocean Export documents independently
• Coordinate with customers and factories for shipment arrangement
• Arrange bookings and submit container allocation with the forwarding team
• Monitor shipment schedule to meet customer’s requirements

Requirements:

• F.5 or above or related disciplines
• Around 2 years of working experience in handling a full set of I/E shipping documents
• Solid knowledge of Multicable/SAP systems as well as E-Systems of Tradelink and HK Customs is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
