Part time Marketing Officer / Manager

Specific accountabilities include:

• Assist in collation, preparation and maintenance of marketing collateral and brand management
• Provide, develop and manage the content on social media platforms and internal publications
• Manage website content in conjunction with our regional marketing team
• Assist in the preparation of proposals
• Update and use of CRM system to manage contacts, opportunities and relationships
• Assist in planning and managing of major client activities and interface across the company
• Interface with other Regional / National marketing counterparts

Ideally you will have:

• Degree in Communication, Journalism or related disciplines
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property and construction industry experience is desirable but not essential, applicants with more experience will be considered as Part time Marketing Manager.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet and graphic design tools  including Powerpoint, Publisher, InDesign and Wordpress
• Ability to work independent, be a self-starter, confident, customer-focused and a good team player.
