Part-time Client Services Representative

- Handle customer enquiries on test assignment, quotation and follow-up orders;
- Coordinate between external and internal parties to ensure to complete the order on time;
- Develop a relationship with client;
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Skills & Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/degree holder in Science discipline (though Science, Engineering, Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skill;
- Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
