Part time Buyer/Assistant Buyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Merchandising manager in developing the strategic plan for the product assortment mix within HK & Macau regions
• Execute the initial allocation of each season’s product to stores based on launch plan and store profile
• Manage all replenishments across all categories to direct operated stores and B2B stores
• Suggest and execute timely consolidation plan based on business needs to maximize sell-thru performance and manage good balance of stock level among stores
• Work closely with retail operations team to build strategy with execution to support stock builds in advance for peak selling periods
• Assist report preparations on sell-thru, best sellers and inventory level etc. on a weekly basis
• Monitor the shipment to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and launching schedule
• Assist in buying preparation
• Prepare product training materials
• To assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion & Textiles, Logistics and Supply Chain or other related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in allocation/planning/buying with a good working knowledge of retail performance metrics
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including  Vlookup and Pivot Tables )
• Proactive, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven capability to organize and prioritize / manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written communication.
