Overseas Project Coordinator (Project Basis)

Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities

• Arrange ground transportation for the project team in Paris, includes airport/hotel pick-up and drop-off, as well as local visits in Paris
• Coordinate meals for the delegation during their stay in Paris, at the request of PMQ
• Arrange, coordinate, and accompany the project team to attend official visits and meetings in Paris, and provide French / English / Cantonese interpretation service where required
• Coordinate logistics arrangement in Paris with the freight forwarding company for collecting, storage and delivery of exhibits sent from Hong Kong, as well as return of exhibits to Hong Kong after the exhibitions
• Attend and assist PMQ for its participation in Paris Fashion Week (18 Sept to 4 October) event and other events in Paris, at the request of PMQ, including liaising with the organizers, venue providers, service providers, introducing the exhibition to the visitors, floor management, and other on-site duties as assigned by the PMQ
• Provide on-site assistance at the venues for the set-up and dismantling, and liaison with the service providers in Paris
• Ad-hoc issues assigned by PMQ
• Irregular working hours will be required

Experiences & Qualities

• At least 2 years’ working experience in project management
• Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details, and able to work under limited supervision
• Good understanding of the local environment of Paris, and able to make feasible alternative suggestions in face of unexpected circumstances
• Proficient in the Cantonese, English and French languages. Ability to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Pleasant, polite, and proactive in greeting people from different corners of the world
