Outreaching Social Worker – Shamshuipo District Youth Outreaching Team

Responsibilities:

• Intervene, follow up and refer cases according to the objectives set
• Plan, organize and set objectives for groups and programmes for service users
• Establish and develop strategic partnership in the community
• Develop services focus, identify service gaps for service development
• Initiate and advocate the community stakeholders to shed the concern over the needs and situation of the services user
• Assist the team leader and sub-team leader to promote Agency and Service Image
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above in Social Work
• Registered Social Worker
• Youth work experience, youth or family casework experience is an advantage
• Willing to work with Ethnic Minorities or Online Youth
• Initiative, energetic, committed and able to source and adapt new ideas to improve quality of work.
• A good team player
