Operations Executive

We are a world‑renowned nursery products manufacturer with global distribution and manufacturing partners in China. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our team.

Position: Operations Executive

• Manage order processing, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and daily operational tasks
• Oversee stock ordering and inventory control
• Handle transaction documentation and administrative duties
• Collaborate closely with international sales teams, distributors, and customers
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and global partners to ensure smooth production, shipment, and worldwide delivery
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or logistics
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office, Business Central, and Power BI
