Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the overall planning of the company's platform, including development strategic direction planning, business model planning, marketing and operations planning, and product development direction planning.
2. Develop market operation plans, including team building, user operations, content operations, event operations, and data operations.
3. Guide, execute, and supervise platform user operation plans: acquiring new users, retention, conversion, and activation, continuously improving website traffic and activity; building and managing customer acquisition channels; maintaining and managing new and existing customers.
4. Supervise and execute platform content operation plans: copywriting planning and design, building and activating new media and communities.
5. Formulate marketing business management regulations, systems, and processes; draft long-term marketing and short-term promotional plans for products; establish, train, assess, and manage marketing teams.
6. Continuously track and analyze platform operation data, produce operation data analysis reports, and be able to promptly adjust operation strategies, suggest optimizing business models and solutions; continuously improve conversion rates at all levels of operation, user-related indicators, and other core operation data to ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.
7. Participate in the formulation and assist in the promotion of the company's product market strategy, maintain and continuously expand market resource cooperation channels, and plan marketing activity schemes.
8. Responsible for integrating official and industry resources, analyzing the market, providing relevant information reports, proposing expansion ideas and concrete plans, and actively learning from and developing competitive solutions.
9. Ensure that all work is strictly executed according to regulations, processes, and standards.

3. 指導、執行並監督平台用戶營運計畫,包含拉新、留存、轉化以及促活,持續提升網站用戶量、活躍度;獲客管道的建設及管理;新、舊客戶的維護管理。
4. 監督並執行平台內容營運計畫,包含文案的策劃、設計,新媒體、社群的建設及活躍。
5. 制定行銷業務管理規定、制度、流程,擬定產品長期行銷與短期促銷方案,建立、培訓、考核、管理行銷團隊。
6. 持續追蹤、分析平台營運數據,出具營運數據分析報告,並能及時調整營運策略,建議優化商業模式和解決方案;持續提升各級營運轉化率、用戶相關指標等核心營運數據,以保證營運績效的持續提升。
7. 參與公司產品市場策略的制定並協助推進,維護並不斷開拓市場資源合作管道,規劃行銷活動方案。
8. 負責整合官方、行業資源,分析市場、提供關聯資訊報告,提出拓展思路與具體方案、積極學習與競爭性方案。
9. 負責各項工作按照規章制度、流程、規範嚴格執行。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in sports event organization and operations management.
2. Possess the ability to independently organize and complete sports event projects.
3. Possess leadership decision-making ability, market channel sensitivity, content operation and self-media operation mindset, communication and coordination skills, organizational training ability, and comprehensive analytical ability; highly proactive, adaptable to fast-paced work, strong pressure resistance, and execution.
4. Experience in the same industry is preferred.
