Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the sales reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Communicate and coordinate daily operation and administration support to the store and teams
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, IT and other departments to align strategies, address price changes, and resolve promotion issues.
- Assist in handling leasing-related documents, including leasing agreements, landlord communications, and rental payments.
- Prepare proposals for new store openings for management review
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as security devices and mystery shopper services providers
- Provide support in preparing meeting materials, documents and new procedure guidelines
- Streamline and improve store workflows for enhanced effectiveness
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in operation field, preferably in sizable company
- Strong problem-solving, organization skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office application including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Support Specialist
