Operation Analysis Specialist (Telecom)

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Responsible for data research and analysis, improving the analysis model, exploring the value of data and innovative application points.

2.       Responsible for maintaining the delivery indicator, building data visualization capabilities, promoting monitoring, early warning and AI application capabilities.

3.       Responsible for process interaction design and optimization, writing requirement analysis documents and IT software specifications, and coordinating process guidance and testing.

4.       Assisting in optimizing global supporting coordination mechanism, setting personnel goals and OTI accounting, and promptly handling global supporting staff enquiries.

5.       Establish operational collaboration with regions and sales units, coordinating the implementation of notifications and requirements, and promptly releasing division information.

6.       Supporting ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager.

Job Requirements:

1.       Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or other Business-related disciplines.

2.       2+ years related experience, data analysis or project management experience is preferred.

3.       Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, Excel, with the ability to perform statistical data analysis.

4.       The ability to multi-task, work independently and proactively.

5.       Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

6.       Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin.
