Officer - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for pharmaceutical and medical product line that align with the organization's business goals
• Assist in the implementation of brand plans according to business objectives
• Develop and execute campaigns with effective media and activation strategies
• Keep track of market insights and turn collaboration ideas into marketing initiatives
• Work with cross functional teams including Medical , Ethical, Key Account & General Trade, as well as other service provider to achieve optimal results
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Event planning & arrangement for scientific seminar

•     Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Science or Business with at least 1-2 years working experience in pharmaceutical or medical marketing;
• Solid marketing experience and knowledge on professional products
• Solid experience in handling marketing collaterals, events and detailing aids / brochures / patient leaflets / CME events and digital marketing are preferred.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated with strong problem solving and communication skill, good team player and can work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Website maintenance , Facebook & IG marketing
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Hand on experience in marketing automation tools
• Analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools is an advantage. (e.g., Google Analytics)
