Officer - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse setup and improvement projects for business units
• Prepare procurement documents for purchasing of engineering products and services as requested
• Assist facilities management to vet technical submission by tenants and contractors

 
Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
• With min. 2 years of solid experience in construction field
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker A Grade or above will be an advantage
• Application should demonstrate applicant’s competence with past working experiences
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
