We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support the Procurement Fabric Team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing everyday parcels, oversee warehouse operations, sort fabric rolls, and possess basic computer knowledge to support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責:
· Assist in receiving, dispatching, and tracking everyday parcels.
· Support warehouse management including inventory organization and maintenance.
· Sort and label fabric rolls accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain records and documentation related to procurement and warehouse activities.
· Utilize basic computer applications for data entry, email communication, and document preparation.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational workflow.
· Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned.
· 協助接收、發送及追蹤日常包裹。
· 支援倉庫管理,包括庫存整理與維護。
· 準確且高效地分類和標記布料卷。
· 維護與採購及倉庫活動相關的記錄和文件。
· 運用基礎電腦應用程式進行數據輸入、電子郵件通訊及文件準備。
· 與團隊成員協調,確保運作流程順暢。
· 處理指派的其他臨時任務。
Qualifications and Skills 資格與技能:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 – 3 years of experience working in warehouse.
· Basic English and Good Cantonese
· Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office applications.
· Ability to lift and move fabric rolls and parcels as required.
· Knowledge in using standard office equipment and software is a must
· 高中文憑或同等學歷。
· 2至3年倉庫工作經驗。
· 基礎英語及良好粵語能力。
· 基礎電腦知識,包括熟悉微軟Office應用程式。
· 能夠按需求搬運布料卷和包裹。
· 必須熟悉使用標準辦公設備及軟體。
