Network Supervisor

We are looking for a Network Supervisor to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate and maintain the network infrastructure with 24x7 support.

• Handle installation, configuration, administration, traffic analysis for Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve the network issues in a timely manner.

• Monitor and analyze technical infrastructure events and alerts; identify and respond to infrastructure related risks and incidents.

• Collaborate with vendors and both internal and external parties on implementations.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operators on network processes and procedures.

• Provide regular and accurate status reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.

• At least 5 years IT&T working experience and 4 years Ruckus Wireless System working experience.

• At least 1 professional certificate in networking included CCIE Routing and Switching certificate or JNCIP-SP or DC certificate, etc.

• Solid knowledge of IP and Ethernet technologies, including routing protocols (BGP, IGP, OSPF), VLAN, and IP addressing.

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
