Network Manager / Assistant Manager (Network Professional Service)

• A leading IT services provider in Hong Kong
• 3-5 years team leader experience
• Work hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 5:30pm)

• Provide team management and leadership and be accountable for all network-related functions in the security and network division, including projects, resources and operations related to network infrastructure.
• Managing the project professional service to meet the corresponding scope of works and customer requirements.
• Developing and maintaining the scope of work and professional service procedures.
• Manage the procurement process for the projects, including collecting network requirements, preparing documents for tendering, proposal evaluation, contract, compliances and approval.
• Preparing performance statistics and service reports and conducting presentation to client’s executive.
• Govern and maintain compliance with internal and client’s established process and audit requirements.
• Performing regular project status/performance/resources reviews and updating the process and workflow when required.
• Identifying the operational issue and area of improvement and tracking the mitigation progress.

Job Requirements:

• Previous working experience as a Network Manager for 3-5 years.
• Proven experience in network solutions such as, routers, switches, load balancers, firewall devices, WiFi etc.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset. Good Interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Manager
