NDT Technician 無損檢測技術員

主要職責 :

• 於工地進行焊接檢查及材料結構無損測試並包括及不限於磁粉測試 (MPI)、目測 (VE)、液體滲透測試 (PT)、超聲波測試 (UT) 和射線照相測試 (RT)
• 填寫測試和檢驗記錄報告
• 獨立工作及有效管理任務和時間，以滿足項目期限

入職要求 :

• 中五或以上程度
• 須通過PCN 2級或ISO 9712: 2級考核
• 具一年或以上相關工作經驗
• 熟悉質量體系及無損檢測程序經驗
• 良好中英文書寫能力
• 出色的解決問題能力和對細節的關注
• 具有獨立工作和有效管理多項任務的能力

 
Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform On-site welding inspections and non-destructive testing of material structures including but not limited to Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI), Visual Inspection (VE), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Completion of test and inspection report
• Work independently, manage tasks and time efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Form 5 or above
• Pass PCN Level 2 or ISO 9712: Level 2 assessment
• Minimum 1 year' or above relevant work experience
• Familiar with quality system and experience in non-destructive testing procedures
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
