Multimedia Specialist (Science Communication) (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Content Creation & Management 内容创作与运营

o Plan, write, and edit engaging content for WeChat Official Account, Video Channels, official website, and other platforms.

o 负责策划、撰写并编辑微信公众号、视频号、官网及其他平台的高质量原创内容。

o Produce multimedia materials (e.g., videos, infographics, articles) to showcase scientific research achievements.

o 制作多媒体宣传材料（视频、信息图、文章等），展示机构科研成果。

2. Channel Operation 渠道运营

o Manage daily operations of all platforms, including analyzing user profiles, scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and conducting performance analysis.

o 负责各平台日常运营，包括用户画像、内容排期、用户互动及数据分析。

o Optimize content strategies based on data insights to increase reach and engagement.

o 基于数据反馈优化内容策略，提升传播影响力。

3. Orgnization Promotion 组织推广

o Collaborate with internal teams to align communication strategies with institutional goals.

o 协同内部团队制定传播策略，确保与机构目标一致。

o Support offline events (e.g., exhibitions, science lectures, open days) by creating promotional content or campaigns.

o 配合线下活动（展会、科普讲座、开放日等）并负责线上宣传工作。

4. Trend Monitoring 趋势跟踪

o Stay updated on digital communication trends and propose innovative solutions.

o 关注同行同类型新媒体传播趋势，提出创新性传播方案。

Qualifications 任职要求

1. Education & Experience 教育背景与经验

o Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Communication, Advertising Studies, Science, or related fields.

o 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、科学传播、广告学、生命科学等相关专业优先。

o 1-3 years of experience in science communication, new media, branding and marketing or PR. Experience in research institutions is a plus.

o 1-3年科学传播、新媒体运营、品牌策划、市场营销或公关经验，有科研机构经验者优先。

2. Skills 技能要求

o Excellent bilingual writing skills (Chinese and English).

o 出色的中英文双语文案能力。

o Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Premiere, Capcut ) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).

o 熟练使用视频剪辑（Premiere、剪映等）、图文设计工具（PS/Canva等）。

o Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools

o 熟悉微信后台、领英后台等数据分析工具。

o Passion for science communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.

o 热爱科学传播，擅长将专业知识转化为大众化内容。
