Responsibilities::

• Create, set up and manage official accounts for the company and clients on platforms including, but not limited to, Xianohongshu, Weibo, WeChat and WeChat Mini Program, including: 
  - Create and configuring social media platform account settings and optimising account profiles
  - Designing and implementing the overall visual branding and aesthetic
  - Establishing content approval workflows and publishing schedules
• Ideation on social media content pillar and daily feeds
• Develop compelling social media content strategies to engage our target audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Analyse social media performance data and provide recommendations to improve content reach and engagement

Requirements::

• Graduated in Languages, Translation, Communications, Journalisms, Advertising and/or related disciplines
• Excellent understanding of Xianohongshu, Weibo, WeChat and Wechat Mini Program platform functionalities and content formats
• Experience in a creative agency is a plus
• Proficient in manage TikTok channel is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Eager to learn, cheerful, detail-oriented, and polite
• Takes initiative and shows a proactive approach to identifying and resolving content-related issues or challenges
