You will be responsible for:

  • Key contact with assigned merchant accounts
  • Provide aftersales service to clients for business optimization
  • Assist in service activation and deliver updates/solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Day-to-day transaction analysis for revenue maximization  

You should possess:

  • Diploma or with at least 3 years customer services experience
  • Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong analytical mind, numerical skills, and attention to details
  • Good written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
