Role Description

Provide administrative and operational support to the retail team

Monitor and track operational procedures for new shop setups and renovations

Maintain close communication between various departments and shops regarding daily retail operations

Offer administrative support to retail locations

Assist in developing retail operations policies and procedures

Qualifications

Diploma holder or higher

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Strong operational support experience in the retail industry is preferred

Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and eager to learn under pressure

Good in spoken English and Cantonese

Skilled in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Immediate availability is preferred
