Merchandiser / Junior Merchandiser (Stationary/Household)

Responsibilities:

• Support Merchandising Manager in sourcing of products for Migros and our main business partner in Asia
• Responsible for packaging artwork and support in sample check
• Manage order process and follow-up with suppliers and factories
• Co-ordinate all offer samples, prepare all buying trip information & report
• Maintain and update order tracking system
• Coordinate and dispatch parcels to buyers and supplier
• Organize and maintenance of sample storage and clearance
• Arrange the sealed samples for inspection & send back to suppliers on time
• Co-ordinate administrative duties with other departments such as QC, photo studio, Corporate Sustainability, etc.
• Protect and uphold quality and standards of Migros and our main business partner in the whole value chain without compromise
• Ensure partnership relation to our main business partner and suppliers
• Support general clerical duties

*The candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Merchandiser

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in merchandising industry, relevant experience in Stationary/Household section is a must
• Experience of at least 4 - 6 years in a buying office or trading company
• Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet
• Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details
• Hardworking, good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and willing for routine work
• Experience in the relevant product category would be an advantage
