Merchandiser / Junior Merchandiser

Responsibilities :

• Follow up sales orders of key customers
• Follow up developments and approval submissions
• Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail
• Organize delivery schedules

Requirements :

• Form 7 or above, university degree preferred
• At least 2 years working experience as merchandiser/customer service in trimming field (buttons, buckles, labels, hangtags etc.)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Pleasant personality, good telephone manner and able to work independent
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Responsible, energetic, well organized and detail-minded
