What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end order processes, from client inquiries to production and delivery.
• Liaise with clients and factories for quotations, production updates, and logistics coordination.
• Monitor order progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Travel as needed to maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

What we're looking for

• HKDSE (Form 7) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in merchandising or supply chain management.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
