We are the solely buying office of the MediaMarkt Saturn Retail Group in Asia for its own brands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for order follow-up with vendors, customers and internal parties (QM, Artwork and logistic team) to make sure on time delivery
• Buying trips preparation, sample handling
• Maintain and update all relevant data pertaining to product
• Coordinate with internal departments (Quality Management, Supply Chain and Artwork teams) and buying teams regularly as well as other external service providers to ensure on-time shipment
• Provide support and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years’ relevant work experience in sourcing/buying offices, working with Home Appliances is preferable
• Working Experience as Merchandiser in European Brand office/ sourcing office/retail or is preferable
• Good in MS Office is required: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Detail oriented & well organized
• Enthusiastic, independent and self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Responsibility and creative  Hard working and Team working
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin
